  Board PRESIDENT: Clarice Yoder
Mrs. Yoder was first elected to the Gahanna-Jefferson Board of Education in 2001 and currently serves as president. Prior to becoming a board member, she served as a home economics teacher with Licking Valley Local Schools for 17 years. She has a bachelor's degree in education from Kent State University and Master's degree in Theology from the University of Dayton, as well as a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary. She is a member of a regional youth ministry commission and is a hospital chaplain. She and her husband Roy have one adult daughter, Lauren. Yoder's current term expires on December 31, 2013.

Vice president: Jill Schuler
Mrs. Schuler began her formal service to the Gahanna-Jefferson Board of Education in January 2010 and currently serves as vice president. She has bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in Slavic linguistics from the Department of Slavic and East European Language and Literature through The Ohio State University (OSU). She also taught Russian language and culture while at OSU. Schuler has worked in the state legislature and in the executive branch as an agency liaison for the Lottery Commission and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. She has also worked in the private sector to represent businesses large and small, and on behalf of non-profits. She and her husband, Matt, have four children; two who enrolled within Gahanna-Jefferson Schools. Schuler’s current term expires on December 31, 2013.

Scott mounts
A product of Ohio public schools, Scott Mounts has spent nearly all of his life in central Ohio. He grew up in Washington C.H., Ohio and after high school graduation he moved to Columbus to attend the Ohio State University. Upon graduating in 1990 with a bachelor’s in civil engineering, he moved to Findlay, Ohio. He eventually returned to central Ohio in 1995 and has been a resident of Gahanna ever since. Mounts currently serves as the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety with the Greif Corporation in Delaware, Ohio. He and his wife, Lynda, have two children attending Gahanna-Jefferson Schools. Mounts’s current term expires on December 31, 2013.

Windy McKenna
Mrs. McKenna received her bachelor's degree in business education from St. Mary's College at Notre Dame, Indiana, and previously taught in the Columbus City Schools in the Adult Education Department. She is president of the Academy Acres Civic Association and a member of the Ohio Child Conservation League. Windy and her husband, Al, have six children and 14 grandchildren. She was awarded the 2002 Central Ohio Region Outstanding School Board Member Award. Windy was first appointed to the board in 1994. She has been elected to five consecutive terms. Her current term concludes December 2015.

Heather Bishoff
Mrs. Bishoff graduated at the top of her Army Basic Training class in 1995, earning a Distinguished Honor Graduate designation. In 1996 she was named Ohio Soldier of the Year. Bishoff went on to earn a bachelor’s in finance from Franklin University. She has more than 18 years experience in the financial industry that includes risk mitigation, organizational leadership, work flow/operations management. She and her husband, Eric, own The Bishoff Financial Group, a local comprehensive financial planning and investment firm. Bishoff has served in various school leadership positions with the Blacklick ES PTO, as a coach of three local sports teams, and leading a Girl Scout troop. She also co-chaired two previous school levy campaigns. This is her first term. It concludes December 2015.
