New to Gahanna-Jefferson This Year?
Welcome to the home of the Golden Lions! Coming July 24, 2013, is a fast, easy, and eco-friendly online K-12 enrollment process for families NEW to Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools. This three-step process provides families an opportunity to review and submit much of the required information in advance, without having to complete multiple forms by hand – regardless of family size.

With a personal email, families will create a secure Gahanna-Jefferson online enrollment access key to enter their student’s information. Afterward, the system will prompt them to schedule an appointment with a representative of the Gahanna-Jefferson Welcome Center at Clark Hall for a brief review of any required documents; including, but not limited to, the respective parent or legal guardian’s photo identification and proof of custody.

		Step 1 Review, determine, and compile the applicable documents from the Gahanna-Jefferson Registration and New-Enrollment Checklist. Required documentation include (but not limited to): a birth certificate, immunizations records, and the verification of residency and/or custody. Step 2 Click the Online Entry - START button (left) to create a unique, secure Gahanna-Jefferson online registration access key for your family. Follow the prompts, entering the requested information. Step 3 Call the Welcome Center at Clark Hall (614-843-8300) for a personal appointment to review and submit the applicable forms outlined in Step 1

Your child’s 2012-2013 enrollment will roll over for the 2013-2014 school year. There is no need to re-enroll, with the exception of a sibling attending Gahanna-Jefferson for the first time.
