FLYER DISTRIBUTION
Peachjar eFlyer Approval and Distribution Process
Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools values our relationships with local community partners and organizations that sponsor educational and enrichment activities for our students. We cooperate with these community groups by distributing flyers electronically through our service provider, Peachjar.
As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. Paper flyers from outside organizations are no longer distributed. Peachjar charges a fee to outside organizations for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.
All requests for flyer distribution by outside community organizations must first be approved by the district office. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online.
- IMPORTANT: Read the Flyer Approval Policies below
- Visit www.peachjar.com and register as an Enrichment / Community Org. (account type)
- Upload your flyer for approval
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below.
Flyer Approval Policy
All flyers from an outside organization must:

- Provide a benefit or opportunity for our students and families with a direct connection to enhancing our educational programming.
- Not directly conflict with a GJPS program.
- Not advocate a religious or political viewpoint or advocate candidacy.
- Support activities within the local geographic area and boundaries of Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools.
The Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools reserves the right to consider requests for flyer distribution on a case-by-case basis.
