Have Spaghetti, Will Travel — to Scotland!
|Members of the GLHS Theatre program and cast that will perform Godspell at the August 2013 Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland.
The students of Gahanna Lincoln High School’s Theatre program will host a catered spaghetti dinner fundraiser Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, from 4 – 7:30 p.m. within the school’s cafeteria.
The spaghetti dinner is catered by Rotelli’s Italian Restaurant®,
with additional sponsorship provided by WesBanco® and the Kroger®
Proceeds will help offset the cost for participation in the upcoming 2013 Edinburgh Festival Fringe,
in Edinburgh, Scotland. The GLHS Theatre program, long recognized for entertaining and
innovative productions, have been invited, again, to serve as
ambassadors on behalf of the American High School Theatre Festival
during the August 2013 Fringe Festival event. GLHS was selected from a national pool of more than 50 schools.
Under the direction of GLHS Theatre Director Cindi Macioce, the students will present Godspell
, by award-winning film and theater composer Stephen Schwartz.
Dinner tickets are $10 (free for children 5-years-old, and under)
. Join us for an evening of folly that includes music and skits. In addition, there will be a live auction,
featuring a basketball autographed by Ohio State Buckeye Basketball Coach Thad Matta and a BBQ Flexible Basket™
by Pampered Chef®

The Edinburgh Fringe event, which dates back to 1946, is billed as the largest and most prestigious arts festival in the world. It essentially transforms the city of Edinburgh into a giant stage.
