Student permission form to leave campus during non-exam periods

Gahanna Lincoln HS will administer final examinations June 5-7. To maintain an environment conducive for testing and to minimize distractions, students who are exempt from final exams or do not have an exam(s) will be allowed to leave campus with parental permission. School buses will maintain regular schedules. Any student who wishes to ride the bus home must report to the cafeteria from the end of the exam period to the normal bus departure time.

Students who remain on campus and do not have exams are expected to attend supervised study halls in the cafeteria. Also, all freshmen and sophomores who return this permission form will be permitted to leave campus for lunch. (From 11:15–1:30 on Tue. and from 11:15 a..m.–12:30 p.m. on Wed.)

To grant your child permission to be released from campus for non-exam periods and lunch, please complete the form and have your student return it to their third-period teacher by Monday, June 4th.
