GJPS Board seeks candidates for vacancy

The Gahanna-Jefferson Board of Education is seeking applicants for a vacancy created as a result of current board member Heather Bishoff's November 2012 ballot win to serve in the Ohio House of Representatives, 20th District.

Interested parties have until 4:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, to submit their application and any other materials. An application is available at the GJPS Central Administration Office, 160 S. Hamilton Rd., from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or for download by clicking here.

NOTE: All applications and supporting materials must be delivered (in person or via U.S. Mail) to the GJPS Central Administration Office within a sealed envelope, to the attention of GJPS Treasurer/CFO Julio Valladares.

The appointee will serve from January 11, 2013, through the upcoming November 2013 general election.
