Jefferson Elementary - PTO/PTA Information

Parent Teacher organization (PTo)

The Jefferson Elementary PTO serves the students, parents, and teachers of this school in many ways. They act as an advisory group to the staff and principal as well as serving as a pipeline of information from the school to the school community. The group supports the school at every level from parent volunteering to fundraising, which helps in purchasing items that enhance the educational aspects of the school.
 
Annual activities that are sponsored by the PTO are as follows: School supply sale, Jog for Jefferson, Holiday shop, spaghetti dinner, Spring musical, and carnival. In addition the PTO funds all in-school assemblies, 5th-grade party, BizTown, and annual Halloween and Valentine's parties.
