GLHS Student Council welcomes you to attend Gahannathon 2019 on January 26th from 12 PM-4 PM in the B and main gymnasiums at Gahanna Lincoln High School. Gahannathon is a teacher vs. students basketball game which raises money for the pediatric oncology and hematology unit at Nationwide Childrenu2019s Hospital. This event is open to the community and we would love it if you could come and show your support! There will be many basketball games, raffles (including yeezys and a signed Blue Jackets

Monday is our next PTA meeting. 7 PM in the Middle School East Library. For those interested there will be 2 guest speakers. Tim Gagliardo, the freshman principal at Lincoln High school and Kalena Faulk, the freshman guidance counselor there will be at the meeting. We thought having them come speak might be helpful for 8th grade parents who have questions about the high school. However, anyone is welcome to come and ask questions. Hope to see you there.

Thanks to the GMSE Choir students and their teacher, Mrs. Harding, we were able to raise $375 to be donated the GRIN. Thanks to the students who braved the cold to carol in our local neighborhoods & to all of our neighbors who made donations. What a great place to work and live!

There will be a parent meeting for any 7th or 8th-graden girl interested in trying out for the softball team this year. Middle School West and Middle School East will be combining teams, just like last year. The meeting will take place at Middle School West at 7PM on Wednesday, December 19th. We will introduce coaches, talk about our conditioning schedule, and go over informational items. All are welcome.
