Quality Profile
The vision of Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools is to ensure student learning is our most important investment and priority. We believe a strong school district is much more than what is reflected on standardized testing and the Ohio Department of Education’s Annual Report Card. A quality profile is a school district’s way to help data come to life and share with its community the achievements of students and staff from the prior school year.

The Classroom and Beyond
Learner and Educator Profiles
Nearly three years ago, GJPS staff and families came together to answer a powerful question: “What do we want our students to be and become?” Through thoughtful discussions and collaborative brainstorming about the kind of educational experience we want for every student, we developed the Learner and Educator Profiles.
The Learner Profile outlines the essential qualities we aim to nurture in every student, preparing them not only for academic success but also for meaningful and impactful lives.
The Educator Profile defines how our teachers and staff support, guide and facilitate students’ growth toward these qualities.
Together, these profiles bring our District’s Vision, Mission and Values to life, furthering our commitment to Inspiring Learners, Building Futures in every classroom and beyond.
Please visit our Learner and Educator Profiles webpage for more information.
