Eastland-Fairfield Qualifies Students for State Competition

Eastland Fairfield Creer & Technical Schools Logo

Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools students in the Business Professionals of America (BPA) career technical student organization showed well at the Region 14 Competition held during the first week of February. More than 90 students qualified to compete at the BPA state conference.

Of the 91 total students that will compete at the state conference, 39 walked away as first-place finishers in their respective events. Twenty-seven of those event winners came from the Multimedia satellite program hosted at Pickerington High School North, including three team victories. The remaining winners and state qualifiers are students from the Programming & Software Design, Medical Office, or Interactive Media programs housed at Eastland Career Center.

Students who qualify for the BPA State Leadership Conference will compete on March 10 and March 11 for the opportunity to advance to the BPA National Leadership Conference.
